After receiving his Master’s degree from Lehman College in New York in 2005, Michael McLeod has created one of the most successful and specialized practices in the state of Pennsylvania to assist children and adolescents with a diagnosis of ADHD, named GrowNOW ADHD. In the course of his engagement with adolescents, Michael McLeod has collaborated with numerous non-profit organizations and professional entities dedicated to his specialty in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Michael's involvement with treating youth diagnosed with ADHD dates back to 2005, showcasing a longstanding dedication to this demographic. His collaboration with The Focus Foundation in 2015 facilitated valuable exposure to esteemed doctors, neuropsychologists, and various specialists, equipping him with comprehensive training in ADHD and Executive Function research and development.
With a breadth of experience spanning from infancy to adulthood, Michael brings a wealth of expertise, practical knowledge, and empathy to guide individuals and their families through pivotal life stages. Michael's current focus centers on ADHD, executive functioning, and parent coaching. Drawing from his role as an Executive Function Specialist, he has formulated a unique model of internal skills coaching designed to enhance these crucial cognitive abilities. Michael’s creation of his own GrowNOW treatment model to aid children and families has been presented across the U.S. and internationally.
