Approach to Counseling
Our approach can best be described as a deep commitment to disseminating treatments that have been thoroughly researched (so we know that they work and they work quickly!) while having FUN. Therapy can't always be easy, but it can always be a positive experience. We have a unique focus on identifying creative ways to integrate powerful, cutting-edge interventions with enjoyable activities that keep clients engaged. We firmly believe that this approach helps clients to not only look forward to sessions, but to better remember the invaluable skills and tools that they are learning each week. It is our greatest pleasure to work with our patients, and we are dedicated to making therapy (hard work and all) a pleasure for them, too.
Evidence-Based Treatment. Fun, Compassionate Care.
